Approve the customers who may pay later, each with payment terms such as Net 30
Approved, logged-in customers choose pay on account at your normal checkout; everyone else never sees it
Receivables: every unpaid order on terms with its due date, and which ones are overdue
Mark an order as paid in one click; payments, refunds and cancellations in Shopify update the list
